Hi! I’m an international postgraduate student moving to London to study at the University of the Arts London (London College of Communication).

I’m looking for a self-contained studio with:

* Private bedroom/living space
* Private kitchen
* Private bathroom

My preferences:

* Budget: Up to £1,250 per month (including bills if possible)
* Preferred areas: Elephant & Castle, Kennington, Borough, Walworth, Oval, Stockwell, or anywhere with an easy commute to Elephant & Castle.
* Move-in: Mid September
* Long-term tenancy (12 months preferred)

I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant who will take excellent care of the property. I don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and I’m looking for a comfortable place to call home during my studies.
