Male professional looking for double room

I'm a 28 year old junior doctor from Cardiff (and won't shut up about being welsh, apologies) who's starting a job at King's in August. looking for a double room around Peckham Rye, Oval/Kennington - basically anywhere near-ish King's that's also on a tube/rail line that I can get up north on.

I'm available to move from 03/08/2026 (but v flexible) and have a budget of £1,100pcm (but ideally under 1k). have no preferences on housemates - in the last few years have spent a year living in a house of 7 lads and another year with 2 girls.

interests as above, love a pint but also a big fan of a read (esp Murakami) on the sofa or in the garden (so outdoor space would be a big plus) or a nice long run as long as I'm not injured, which is rare.
