Looking for flatmates in Leith or Edinburgh

* 33 years old
* Need to move out of my current flat by end of September, flexible on exact dates
* Location wise I do love Leith but also Newhaven, Portobello, Abbeyhill, and open to other places further afield too if the flat and vibe is right!
* Fan of cats if anyone has one...
* I am 90% vegetarian (ocassionally will order fish when out) - would prefer not to eat with someone who is cooking meat regularly and happy to be entirely veggie at home
* Into folk! - me and my friend are currently setting up a regular old-time session. I play the fiddle for anything between 0 and 30 mins a day but can be mindful about practice when other people are about.
* Home is a place for chilling out, decompressing, laughing, resting
* I want to have a good connection with a flat mate, be comfortable in each others presence for cups of tea, dinners, whilst also always being able to introvert when needed
* Friendly, approachable, emotionally aware, into talking through any issues and being considerate
* Always worked in arts/charity/social enterprise sectors - current job I have a 50% split in wfh/being in office
*happy to live with students if we can still split council tax between us
