Student on placement moving to Belfast for a year

Hi all, I'm 21 and starting an 11-month placement at PwC Belfast in September, relocating from the University of Exeter where I'm studying Economics.
Looking for a room in a house with other students or young professionals — ideally somewhere social where people don't mind a trip to the pub or a night out now and then, but equally happy with a quiet night in.
A bit about me: I'm tidy, easy-going, and will always do my bit around the house. I play hockey and rugby, and enjoy golf and tennis too, so I'm often out and about. I like a couple of drinks and a good match on the TV as much as the next person, but I'm not looking for anything too wild — just a decent balance.
Preferred areas: Stranmillis, Holylands, or Botanic, but open to other spots if the house is right.
