Hi, my name’s Laide. I came across your accommodation and I’m very interested.

A little about me: I currently work as a healthcare assistant. I’ll be finishing university in August/early September, which is when I’d be hoping to move. During that time, I’ll be continuing to work full-time as a healthcare assistant while also applying for full-time graduate nursing roles.

I’ve been living alone in a studio for the past year and have always looked after my accommodation well. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and generally keep to myself. It would just be me moving in, and I’m not someone who causes any trouble.

I’m currently making enquiries and have a few questions, but if you think I’d be a suitable tenant, I’d be very interested in arranging a viewing and discussing things further.
