German student looking for a cosy room♥️

Hi everyone,

I’m Deborah, a postgraduate student from Germany studying European Public Management. I will be in Scotland from September 2026 to January 2027 for a research-based internship and am looking for a furnished room in a shared flat or house. I am quite flexible regarding the exact location, but I would be especially interested in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Dundee or other well-connected places in Scotland.

A little about me: I am friendly, tidy and reliable. I enjoy a calm and respectful home atmosphere, but I also like having a chat, cooking together from time to time or exploring new places. I am not a party person, but I would be happy to live with people who are open, considerate and easy-going.

During my stay, I will be working on policy-related research, so I will probably spend quite a bit of time reading, writing and working from home or cafés. I have lived abroad before and am used to shared living, so I know how important communication, cleanliness and respecting each other’s space are.
