I'm a 29 year-old IT Engineer currently living in Morley. I work mainly from home, so I'm looking for somewhere very clean and relaxed where both people take pride in themselves and their environment.

I'm very easy-going, respectful, and super easy to live with. I like to keep shared spaces very clean and tidy, and I'd ideally like to live with someone who feels the same. I'm pretty sociable and always happy to have a chat or head to the pub, but I also really value my own space and enjoy spending time doing my own thing.

Outside of work, I'm a massive music nerd and spend the majority of my free time going to gigs, both around the UK and abroad.

I'm looking to move because my current house share is no longer a good fit due to changes in my housemate's vibe, and it has become an uncomfortable environment for me to be in unfortunately despite having no issues with the area or house. I'm ready for a fresh start somewhere else with a more positive, driven & friendly atmosphere.

Ideally, I'm looking for a double room in a house in one of the more towny or rural areas around Leeds. My budget is fairly high and I'm always down to do viewings, so if you're wanting to live somewhere really nice I'm probably the best to buddy up with. I already have a full house with furniture which I'm happy to share with the right person & I'm looking to move sometime very late summer 2k26.
