Working full time looking for a new flat

Been in the same 2-bed Sandyford flat for a couple years and landlord is selling up.
Looking for someone with a room available or someone looking for a flatmate to find a house with.

Ideally a 2/3 bedroom flat anywhere in/around Newcastle.

Recent grad with a wide range of interests, have lived in both all male and mixed flats previously.

Plans with friends have fallen through so looking elsewhere!

Tenancy is up at the end of July but can be relatively flexible with a slightly later start date.

Flexible location-wise around Newcastle, have lived in Jesmond, Heaton, Sandyford and the city centre in the past.
Working regularly in Alnwick with occasional trips to Whitby so definitely would be looking for something around Newcastle/further north.
