Professional looking For an area Near Durham

Hello, I am a 27 year old professional male. I currently live in Yorkshire but have being offered a job in Durham so I am looking to relocate to an area around Durham. E. g Newcastle. Darlington chester-le street.

Please note I will be working from home 2 days a week so I must have solid wifi with a big enough desk in my room to wfh On property or on street parking is also a must.

I am quite an introverted quiet individual. Unfortunately I have had issues with more extroverted housemates in the past so I would now prefer either a place for myself, a low number of housemates or like minded housemates who are happy for me to have my space. I am happy to socialise sometimes but id like people who don't judge me for spending time to myself.

I also do not drink alcohol at all so I would prefer to not share with people who continously drink.

Please note as I will be working with students at durham uni I cannot share a house with any students from Durham uni
