Physicist Looking for a Double Room Warrington

Hello There! I'm Aiden - I'm looking for a new home for me and my small flock of houseplants (yes I can give you free cuttings, Whoop) in Warrington.

I'm starting a full-time Nuclear Physicist role on 21st September 2026 so I'm looking for somewhere to settle before then. I'm in the market for a double room with preferably an ensuite (not essential) and nice bright shared living spaces with somewhere secure to park my car. I'd also prefer a house of an occupancy of between 2-4 people as this strikes a nice balance between a peaceful and social home for me.

Who am I? What am I like? Very shrewd questions gentle reader.

The job title may suggest that I am a bit of a nerd.... And that's 1000% true. I love the stereotypicals like gaming, reading and fantasy. I love, love, love Lord of the Rings and A Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones for the TV enjoyers).

That being said I'm not going to be an antisocial loner locked in my room all the time. I love bouldering, going to the gym and taking a trip to the lakes for a hike and a picnic. I would say I'm an all-rounder that enjoys a nice balance between an active, social life and a quiet evening to myself.

What's it like living with me? The million dollar question!

I'm a pretty laid back and respectful guy, I think the best way to describe me as a housemate is low-friction. I pride myself on a tidy room because a tidy room is a tidy mind. This ethos extends to communal spaces with my philosophy being "use it- wash it- put it away".

I am also a proud member of the "early night" club, so definitely no late night disturbances from me. I'd appreciate living with people who also value a peaceful and chilled out home during the week too.

While I enjoy a peaceful week to myself after work, I am more than happy to let my hair down over the weekend. Whether that's heading to the pub, having a wine, cheese and film night (my personal favourite) or going for a little adventure, I'm always up for getting involved.
