Looking to rent a single room, budget £700

Hi! I'm Jere, a graduating Psychology master's student at UofG. I'm looking for a single room to rent as I'll soon be moving out of my student accommodation. I'm currently searching for full-time work, so I'm hoping to find a place where I can settle for the foreseeable future. My budget per month with bills included is around £700 with a little wiggle room if needed.

Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere close to the city centre or with easy access to the subway.

A bit about me: I enjoy boxing, going to the gym, reading, learning languages (I've been studying Mandarin for over five years), and playing games to unwind. I also like to do baking from time to time. I previously worked as a cleaner, so I'm very tidy and always do my best to keep shared spaces clean and organised. I'm also an early bird, so if you value a quiet home in the evenings and at night we'll probably get along very well!
