Friendly professional looking for a room (26/27)

Hi! I have just finished my degree and working full time, and I am looking for a room in a shared house in Falmouth for the next year (26/27).

I’m a clean, tidy, and respectful person who enjoys a relaxed and considerate living environment. I always clean up after myself, pay rent on time, and am easy to get along with. I like having a chat with housemates but also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

I’m looking for a place with friendly people who value a clean and comfortable home. My preferred move-in date would be mid/end of August, and I’m happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing if you think I’d be a good fit.
