Looking for a Shared Room in Newcastle.

Hi, I am Zuneid Nihal. I am about to graduate soon from Newcastle University, and I will also be moving out of my student accommodation soon because my contract is ending. I would be very grateful to find a shared room, with a budget of around £450 to £500 max. I'm open to sharing with someone of any nationality or gender; I just need someone to stay with and share the place. I respect personal space and expect the same in return. I like to keep things hygienic, not super clean, but I'm well aware of the importance of cleanliness in shared spaces. I do smoke, but never inside; that's just a personal habit of mine. I'm simply looking for someone open-minded who can share a place. I'm respectful and expect the same, and if any issues come up, I prefer to sort them out calmly. I believe living with a stranger is its own kind of growth, learning to live together while respecting one another along the way.
