Looking for a Room/Flatmate near King’s Cross

Hi! I’m a 21-year-old international postgraduate student starting my Master’s at Central Saint Martins (King’s Cross campus) this September. I’ll be studying for two years and I’m currently looking for a room or people to team up with for a flatshare.
My preferences:
● Budget: Up to £300 per week
● Location: Ideally within a 25-minute walk of King’s Cross campus. I’m also happy with a place that’s 1–2 Tube stops away, as long as the commute is reliable and convenient for getting to campus.
● Move-in: September 2026
● Length of stay: Around 2 years
About me:
● 21-year-old male
● Happy to live with male or female flatmates
● Ideally looking to live with people around my age (students or young professionals are both great!)
● Clean, respectful and easy-going
● I value personal space and always respect others’ privacy
● I smoke occasionally, but never indoors and I’m happy to follow the house rules
● I enjoy a drink now and then, but I’m not into parties or loud gatherings
● No pets, and I’m looking for a pet-free home
● This will be my first time living in London, so I’m hoping to find friendly, considerate flatmates and make the transition a little easier.
