Looking for a Flat in Newark on Trent/ Centre

Hi! My name is Adam, and I'm a pianist and piano technician from New Orleans, Louisiana, USA.

I'll be moving to Newark-on-Trent from mid-August until mid-February to study Advanced Piano Tuning and Techniques at the Musical Instrument Crafts School. I'm really excited about the opportunity and am now looking for a comfortable place to call home during my six-month stay.
I'm looking for a room or flat with a budget of £400–£550 per month, ideally within walking distance of the town centre or the school

A little about me: I'm 32 years old, friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I'm gay, very artistic, and love music, travel, and meeting new people from different backgrounds. I've been fortunate to travel extensively through my work as a Cruise ship pianist and also through my work with Public piano installations. I enjoy getting to know the communities I live in.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places, performing music, and experiencing local culture. I'll be focused on my studies during the week but would also love to find a welcoming home with friendly housemates.
