Finance professional looking for a quiet household

About me

Hi! I'm a finance professional currently working with the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust. I'm currently renting a flat on my own and am looking to move to a place around August with an easy commute to London Waterloo. I'm happy to consider either furnished or unfurnished rooms. What I'm Looking For
A quiet household- A peaceful and quiet home environment with no loud noise after midnight is important to me. Particularly during the week. As I work in finance, I need a good night’s sleep to be well-rested and focused as I play with numbers everyday.

Cleanliness and hygiene- A well maintained house with good hygiene standards. A fresh kitchen and bathroom is a must to start my day positive. I always clean up immediately after using the kitchen or bathroom and believe shared areas should be left exactly as you'd like to find them. I don't leave dishes in the sink overnight or postpone cleaning, as I enjoy starting each day with a clean and organised home. I'm also mindful that shared spaces are for everyone, so I always make sure my habits don't inconvenience others.

I always look after every place I rent as if it were my own home and makes sure rent payments are on time without any excuses. I understand that it is someone's hard-earned property, and I treat it with the care, respect, and appreciation it deserves.

My Lifestyle
I lead a disciplined, healthy, and active lifestyle. I'm a non-smoker, I don't drink, and would ideally like to live in a non-smoking environment. I enjoy eating clean, going to the gym, and maintaining a good work-life balance. I'm naturally quiet, polite, and well-mannered, with a positive outlook and a growth mindset.

On weekends, I usually spend my time outdoors. I enjoy visiting quiet and peaceful places with less chaos. Beaches, lakes, mountains, parks, galleries, museums resets me. I like discovering new food spots. I'm also a fragrance enthusiast and enjoy hunting for new perfumes.

Overall, I'm looking for a calm, comfortable home where everyone respects each other's space and enjoys a clean, peaceful living environment.
