Seeking Room in Angel - Move in Sep

I'm Ria, an incoming postgraduate starting a master's in neuroscience at UCL. I'm Singaporean and have travelled a fair bit. I have lived as a flatmate in both Utrecht and Prague, so I'm well used to sharing a home with people from different backgrounds — I take pride in being considerate, tidy, and cleaning up after myself.

I'm looking to move in from 14 September and would be keen on a long-term (one-year) lease, given my course timeline.

My classes are near Angel and am hence seeking a place closer to Angel/King's cross but am open to other locations if its a right fit.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy watching films and host a small book club focused on psychoanalysis and women writers, so quiet evenings in with a good book or film are very much my thing. As a flatmate, I mostly look for someone easygoing and clean — a shared interest in cinema, art, electronic music, or culture would be a lovely bonus, though definitely not a must.
