Friendly quiet professional seeking somewhere to c

I am a practising Christian and enjoy light socialising with housemates. My landlady is selling up and I have to move unfortunately. I am looking for a rent including all bills.

I am looking for somewhere to call home from Mid-September in South East London. I am currently in Blackheath, but will consider Greenich, Lewsiham, Woolwich, Charlton or Plumstead.

I have been lucky enough to have use of a spare room in my current home, where I can work at home about 2 days a week. I in the office the rest of time. So I do need somewhere to work from home, but am not expecting a separate room. Ideally i would like to have room for for a desk. It’s a stand-up desk and I also have a chair.

I am easy going, quiet living, don’t smoke or drink and look after my health. A modest lifestyle you might say. I hope to find somewhere where I can live quietly for an extended period, not less than a year. I appreciate committing to more than that depends on how I fit in.

I was in my previous house share for 16 years, so it’s a quite a change for me. We shared some meals together, I looked after two cats from time to time, but my landlady is retiring and moving away.

It’s mostly about capability than gender, so I am open to all sorts of opportunity. But I’m defintely not a party animal and I don’t smoke.
