My name is Kai, I'm a 26 year old post-graduate student finishing up with my studies and I'm looking to move flats.

I'm originally from the Philippines and I've moved to London to pursue my studies and career here. I love the arts, theatre, animals, a good night in, and (occasionally) a good boogie.

Ideally looking for somewhere around West/South West London, and for a female flatmate/flatmates that are clean, sociable, and communicate well. I also love to host and have a long term boyfriend so hoping for a flat that is okay with guests coming over occasionally.

Budget is around £1500 including bills but can be flexible depending on the property and location. I'm looking to move during the last week of August or the first week of September.
