Incoming Research Professional Seeking Long-Term H

Hi!

I'm Adithya, originally from India, and I'll be moving to Cambridge in the first week of August to join Durham Magneto Optics in Toft. I recently completed my PhD in Physics and am looking for a friendly, long-term home rather than just a room.

I'm looking for:

A furnished double room with a bed, desk and wardrobe
A professional house share with respectful, tidy housemates
Budget: £700–850 pcm (preferably including bills)
Ideally looking in central Cambridge or within a 25-minute walk of the city centre.
Ideally a 6–12 month tenancy or longer

A little about me:

Non-smoker
Clean, tidy and considerate
Experienced living in shared accommodation
Enjoy cooking, going to the gym, cycling and hiking
Happy to socialise over the occasional meal or chat, while also respecting everyone's privacy and routines
