Masters student looking for room or whole flat

Hi, I’m Amelia! :)

I’m 22 and am about to start a 2-year part-time master's in philosophy at Edinburgh Uni. I plan to work alongside my degree and am looking for somewhere to live, preferably for the full 2 years. I would be looking to move in at the start of September, but if that’s not possible, I could probably do mid-August. I'd also like to live as centrally as possible (ideally the Bruntsfield/Fountainbridge/Marchmont area).

I’d like to think I’m quite clean, and I’m not very loud. I’m a big fan of a few drinks, but I don’t go clubbing very often, and I’m not generally a huge party person.
Most of my time is spent reading, swimming, watching films or going for walks.

I'd like to live with relaxed people who also like to have fun sometimes. I would prefer to live with girls, but boys are okay too (so long as it's not all boys).

I would also like the place to feel like a home, and I am very happy to contribute to decorating communal areas.

I have been thinking about getting a cat, so someone cat-friendly would be nice - it's not a complete deal breaker, though.

I currently live in Exeter, so if online viewings are possible, that would be really great.
