Looking for a Long-Term Room to Rent

Hi, I'm Josh, a 27-year-old looking for a clean, comfortable room to rent in or around the Milton Keynes area.

I receive Universal Credit, including Housing Benefit, which covers a significant portion of my rent, with the remaining balance paid by me each month. Rent is always my top priority.

I'm currently looking for a long-term home with a friendly and respectful landlord. I'm a quiet, clean, and considerate person who enjoys keeping my living space tidy. I don't host parties or cause disruption and prefer a relaxed home environment.

I've worked for many years in hospitality as a bartender and server, and while I'm currently focusing on rebuilding after some personal challenges, I'm committed to maintaining a stable home and moving forward positively.

I'm hoping to find a landlord who is happy to accept a tenant claiming Universal Credit and Housing Benefit.
