🏠 Urgent - Move in This Week - Couple

Hi, thanks for giving us the opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves!

My name is Jay, and I'm looking for a place to call home with my partner, Georgia. We're a friendly, respectful couple who are keen to settle somewhere long-term and make it our own.

Our Current Situation

Unfortunately, we're currently sofa-surfing, and our living situation is having a significant impact on both our mental health and general well-being. We're really hoping to find somewhere stable and comfortable where we can have our own space, get back on our feet and start building a more settled future together.

Employment & Work

Georgia is employed as a Property Maintenance Co-ordinator Manager for Kalla Homes Ltd, a property company based in Watford.

I also work alongside Georgia on a zero-hours contract, assisting with property inspections and carrying out minor maintenance jobs whenever required. Once we've secured suitable accommodation, I intend to actively seek additional part-time or full-time employment to increase my regular income and provide further financial stability.

Alongside this, I have a real passion for music. I make my own music and organise and host music events. Once settled in Watford, I hope to develop this further, running events and creating additional opportunities to generate income.

Our Hobbies & Interests

Outside of work, I enjoy music, cooking, cleaning, gaming, socialising, organising games nights, festivals and live music concerts.

Georgia enjoys gaming, festivals, live music, spending time with friends and keeping things clean and tidy, too. We both enjoy having a laugh, socialising and making the most of our free time.

What We're Looking For

We're extremely trustworthy, responsible and hardworking people who are simply looking for somewhere we can call home. We would take great pride in looking after the property, keeping it clean and tidy and being respectful towards our neighbours and landlord.

We're available to move in ASAP and are keen to get everything arranged as quickly as possible.

We're very interested in moving forward, so could you please let us know how much you would require upfront, including any deposit, holding fee and first month's rent, so we can discuss everything and get the arrangements underway?
