I'm Elena, a full-time logistics professional working in West London. I work in the office Monday to Friday, and I'm looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home.

I'm open to two options:

Joining an existing house or flat share.
Teaming up with someone to rent a lovely 2 or 3-bedroom flat together.

I'm ideally looking in Fulham (Putney Bridge, Parsons Green, Imperial Wharf or Fulham Broadway) or St John's Wood, as I love both areas. Being close to the riverside would be a huge bonus if we're looking in Fulham!

I enjoy running, Pilates, travelling, exploring London and the occasional glass of wine with friends.

I enjoy having a good balance between socialising and personal space. I'm always happy to have a chat over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, but I also really value a calm, respectful home.

If I'm joining an existing house share, I'm happy to live in either a mixed household or with girls only – I'm much more interested in living with friendly and considerate people than the gender of my housemates.

If we're looking to rent a place together, I'd ideally love to buddy up with another girl (or two) to find a beautiful 2 or 3-bedroom flat and create a cosy home together.

I'm looking for somewhere long-term rather than just a place to stay. My budget is around £1,000 per month including bills, and I'm hoping to move around the beginning of August.
