Looking for a single or double room near Abertay U

Hi! I’m Alyssa, a 24-year old international student and I’ll be starting my masters this September 2026 in Abertay University.

Preferably, I’m looking for a furnished room (single or double, but prefer double) and I’m planning to move in early September. I’m respectful, clean, friendly, and easy to get along with. I can be social, but I also like my me-time and a quiet home environment.

My budget is 350 pcm (excluding bills) to 410 pcm (including bills).
