Full time professional seeking room near Newhav

Hi, I’m Ethan. I’m a full time self-employed carpenter looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home close to newhaven area from the end of August.

I work consistently throughout the week and spend most of my time working, training, or relaxing. I’m clean, respectful, easy-going and I like to keep a tidy home. I’m looking for somewhere stable where I can settle in for several months and be a good housemate/tenant.

I’m financially responsible, can provide proof of income if needed, and I’m happy to pay a deposit to secure the right place.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere within walking distance of Newhaven Harbour station due to work, but I’m open to the surrounding area for the right place.
