Looking for double room in shared house

I am seeking to relocate from Aberdeen in Scotland to Northern Ireland to be closer to my family in Counties Cavan and Longford due to ongoing health issues.

I have a highly stable monthly income of £1900 from disability benefits and proof of income can be provided.

A reference confirming my excellent tenancy record and consistent, on-time rent payments can be provided by my current landlord on request. They are a large housing association and charity in Aberdeen and can also attest to my reliability as a tenant. My current tenancy is now in the 21st month and remains ongoing.

I am quiet, do not smoke or drink and generally keep to myself.

I have trusted family living just across the border who would be happy to conduct viewings on my behalf.
