WANTED: Self-contained small annex or property
Hi! I'm a single, non-smoker who is looking for a small, self-contained property with its own entrance such as an annex or studio.
It doesn't need to be large, but for noise reasons I'm ideally looking for something quiet that isn't directly below another property. I'm open to London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, but also other areas.
I'm very quiet, tidy and respectful, and don't smoke or have pets. I'm happy to move in immediately if the right place becomes available.
