Student looking for room or buddy up ASAP

Hi! I’m a student starting my uni course this semester. I'm looking for a relaxed, clean flat share, either joining an existing flat or finding a reliable partner to buddy up and search for a new place together.

Tbh. I’d definitely prefer to buddy up and build a fresh flat dynamic from scratch, rather than moving in with an already tight-knit group.

I'm pretty quiet, respectful, independent, and tidy. I currently spend a lot of my time focused on my studies and portfolio projects.

I'm looking for a peaceful home environment and always pull my weight with chores. I'd prefer not to live with too many flatmates 3-4 Max has worked best in my other flats where we are all sharing same washing machine and bathroom etc.
My ideal if moving in to an existing flat share would be a spacious double room, ideally with bills included.

Completely flexible with move-in dates, but ready to move fast if the right place and people.
