Buddy Up / Room wanted. Dog friendly.

Looking to move back into the city centre. Ancoats ideally.

I have a small dog. A cavapoo. His name is Chubby and I’m wanting to make sure he has a home where he’s comfortable and safe.
I’m not expecting anyone to walk him or feed him.
He does not shed. He’s hypoallergenic.
He’s well trained and can be on his own, no issues.
He’s very affectionate and loves people.
Respectfully set my preference as living with a female as Chubby is not anxious around females.

I work full time but mostly from home.
In my spare time I do my gym work, I do a lot of reading, walks and hikes and days out with the dog.
Looking for a flat mate who I can call a friend and be sociable with but also allows for one another to have their own space.
Looking for a home that is more settled than my party days of the past.
