Looking for a Room near city center(£500 Budget)

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a **single room** in Birmingham from **early September**, ideally for **at least 6 months**.

My preferences are:

* Budget: around **£500 per month**
* Female-only house or flat share
* Quiet home (good sleep is important to me)
* Clean and tidy environment
* Ideally an **en-suite room**, but I'm open to a shared bathroom if the house is well maintained
* Bills included (including heating/gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi)
* Preferably close to the city centre, or within about **20 minutes by bus**

A little about me:
I'm a female. I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and a non-smoker. I don't have pets and I don't host parties. I'm looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
