26 y/o software dev looking for a social house

Hi, I'm Jacob, 26, a software developer moving to East London and after a proper social house, not just a room. I work from home most of the week (one day in Leeds, so away a night or two), so I need space for a desk, but I'm no hermit, I love having people around, film nights, the pub, and I'm big into music and gigs. Easy-going, tidy and respectful of shared space, and just as happy doing my own thing when everyone's busy. Ideally somewhere with a living room to actually hang out in, around Bethnal Green, Hackney, London Fields, Dalston, Homerton or Clapton, up to about £1,000 all in, moving August or September. Full-time permanent job so references and deposit are sorted, and happy to take the right place from now and pay from then to lock it in. Keen to find good people to live with!
