Looking for a spacious double room near KT1

I'm looking for a spacious double room in or near Kingston upon Thames.
I'm a dedicated final-year Fashion Design student looking for a room with enough space to both relax and work, including using my sewing machine and doing sketchbook work. My final year will be very intense, so I'm hoping to find a calm, comfortable place that feels like home.
I'd ideally like to live with women, LGBTQ+ people, or other creatives, and preferably in a house of 1–3 other people. I'm very clean and tidy and would love to live with considerate housemates who take care of shared spaces, especially the kitchen and bathroom.
During the week I'll mostly be at lectures and workshops, and at weekends I'll usually be working from home or occasionally at university. Some weekdays I'll also work from home, and I often work into the evenings. I use a domestic sewing machine for my course work, but I'm always mindful of noise and respectful of the people I live with.
Outside of university I'm friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people's space. I'm always happy to have a chat or share the occasional meal, but I also appreciate everyone's need for their own time and privacy.
