Looking to rent in BH area

Hello, I'm Ronald and I’m looking to rent a room in the BH area from August. I currently live locally in Poole. 🙂

I'm an Open University student and can pay 3 months rent upfront (in addition to the deposit). I can also provide a guarantor if required, who earns approximately £40,000 per year.

I'm a quiet and respectful housemate, considerate of shared spaces, and always clean up after myself.

Outside of studying I enjoy going to my local book club and creative writing groups. At home I have very chilled out hobbies like baking and playing board games.

I have a fairly quiet lifestyle and would like to have a new place that I can call home.

I'm also happy to go above my stated budget for the right room.
