22M professional, looking for flatmate

Hi! I am moving to Cardiff from Bristol soon for a new job, looking for a flatmate (or a room) for somewhere where it would be fairly easy to get to Cardiff Bay.

My new job starts in September so I'm looking to move sort of mid August, but I'm pretty flexible on that if a nice place comes up with an earlier or slightly later start date. I'm hoping to pay sort of around £700/mo but again, can go a little higher or lower. I'd ideally be looking for a place with a double room

I enjoy socialising, am tidy, and am pretty easy going. In my free time I like to play guitar or go on walks etc. Looking for people that have similar interests to me who are up to hang out, go to concerts, go for a drink, etc occasionally. :)

Open to buddy ups as I dont rlly have a specific property in mind right this moment, trying to find a housemate before I lock in on that front. If you have a place in mind even better!
