Hi! We're Dearbhla Fitzpatrick and Rachel Furlong, two 27-year-old Irish professionals looking for two double rooms in a friendly flat share in London.

We're planning to relocate in September, although we can be a little flexible with move-in dates if needed. Ideally, we're looking for somewhere with an easy commute to the Northern line, as that's where our offices are based. We both work in consultancy and have hybrid working arrangements, typically working from home 2–3 days a week.

A little about us – we're both sociable, easygoing, and enjoy keeping busy. Outside of work, we like going to the gym, getting out for walks, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, and catching up with friends over a drink. We enjoy a social atmosphere at home but also really value a relaxed, comfortable living environment.

We're both tidy, respectful, considerate, and easy to live with. We're looking for a friendly and welcoming house where people enjoy spending time together while also respecting each other's space.
