Looking for single or double room in Liverpool

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a single or double room in Liverpool City Centre, or within easy walking distance of the city centre.

My budget is up to £400 per month, including all bills.

My ideal moving date is 23rd August 2026, although I can be a little flexible for the right place.

A little about me: I’m friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and I enjoy living in a relaxed and considerate household. I’m easy to get along with, reliable with rent, and always treat my home and shared spaces with care and respect.

My usual schedule is 4 days in London followed by 4 days in Liverpool. While I’m in Liverpool, I also attend meetings, networking events and activities connected with a hobby and the community I’m building around it. Occasionally, my schedule may change, and I may stay in Liverpool for a few extra days at a time, but the 4-on, 4-off pattern is my normal routine.

Outside of work, I’m a very sociable and positive person. I love meeting new people, building genuine connections and making lasting friendships. I enjoy evenings out, discovering new places, and spending time with people who share similar interests.

Travelling is one of my biggest passions. I love visiting different countries and cities, experiencing new cultures, and exploring everything a place has to offer. Whenever I have free time, you’ll often find me by the beach or the seaside—it’s one of my favourite ways to relax alongside my hobby.

I’m looking for a welcoming house share with friendly and respectful housemates, somewhere that feels like home whenever I’m in Liverpool. I’m hoping to find a long-term place where everyone values a positive and considerate living environment.
