Did we just become flatmates?

Yo! I’m JJ, a 32 year old who recently moved to London for work. I work in project management — usually in the office 5 days a week with the occasional wfh.

Outside of work, I keep a pretty packed social calendar and enjoy staying active. Big into running, lifting (gym at third space), hiking, backpacking, or skiing. I also enjoy live gigs, trying new restaurants, drinking with mates, and generally getting out and about on weekends.

I’m clean, organized, dependable, and respectful of shared spaces (or so I’m told). I’m fairly quiet at home, easygoing, and appreciate a comfortable, drama-free living environment. I like chilling with my flatmates and having good chat, meals, or pints, but I’m also mindful of personal space and downtime.

I’m looking for a place with similar people who value a clean, relaxed home and a good balance between socializing and down time.
