International Master's Student looking for a room

I'm a professional pharmacist from and a PGT student at Brighton and Sussex Medical School. I'll be moving to Brighton by 1st of September.

I'm looking for a room in a quiet, clean, and tidy house, ideally shared with one or two housemates. I'd prefer the rent to include bills.

Preferred locations are Falmer or anywhere close to Brighton city centre with good transport links to the university.

I'm a calm, respectful, and organised person. I'll be busy with my studies most of the time, so having a peaceful space to study is really important to me. At the same time, I'd love to live with friendly people who enjoy an occasional chat while cooking dinner or maybe exploring Brighton together from time to time.

I really value cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and taking good care of the home and furniture. I always keep my space tidy.

I also prefer a quiet home in the evenings. I don't plan to have overnight guests, so I'd appreciate living with people who have a similar lifestyle.
