Aussie looking for a room !

Hello all :)
I’ve just moved over to England from Australia. I’m currently staying with relatives in south England but I want to live in Manchester, preferably in Ancoats or surrounding suburbs.
I already have work set up for myself as an Electrician. So contributing to bills and rent from the get go won’t be an issue and will never be an issue.
I’ve been in the share house game for the past 10 years so I know how to keep my areas tidy as-well as contribute to house chores and also communicate with other housemates.
About me :
In the week you will find me locked in , going to the gym and playing some sports of some sort. When I have a-bit of free time I may jump on the Xbox in my room or be social in the living room and watch a movie or something. I am open to the idea of a couple mid week pints at the pub to split up the week 🍻
On the weekends I enjoy going out to a bar or maybe clubbing , but also leaving some time in the weekend to do a couple house chores and errands.
