UoG undergrad looking for flatmate

Hi, I'm an 18 yr old international undergrad student starting at the University of Glasgow in September, which is when I'd like to move in. I'm looking for an affordable room, preferably close to uni or public transport links. My budget is limited around 400 GPB since I'll be studying on a student visa and can only work part-time. I'm hoping for a place with bills included (utilities and wifi) and access to a washing machine. I also hope to bring my indoor cat (very well behaved and does not have to be out in common area).
