Friendly postgraduate looking for a room

Hi! I'm a postgraduate student looking for a double room or an en-suite in Cardiff, ideally within or close to the city centre. My budget is £500–£1,000 per month, including all bills, and I'm looking to move in by 25 August.

I'm also open to teaming up with other people who are looking for a flat so we can rent a place together.

I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I like to keep shared spaces clean, pay rent and bills on time, and value a friendly, considerate home where everyone respects each other's space. I'm sociable and always happy to chat, but I also appreciate a quiet environment for studying.
