Hi I am looking for a one-bedroom flat in the south Birmingham area which can be covered by DSS/UC/Housing Benefit.
I am a respectful, polite, clean individual who is currently residing in a very nice en-suite double bedroom. I have had my tenancy for a year. Paid my service charge on time every month. I am on Benefits because of health problems and looking for something a little bigger, like a one-bedroom flat for some more space and privacy as I am in sharers.
