A bit about us: we're a group of 4 working professionals (tech/software engineers) currently renting in the Guildford area. We're looking for a 12 month+ tenancy from early August.
A few things that may be useful upfront:
- All 4 of us are in full-time employment , with a combined income of £120,000
- References readily available from current landlords and employers
- All non-smokers, 1 small pet cat
- Right to rent documents ready for all tenants
