Professional Seeking Room From September!

Hi! I'm a recent graduate moving to London for a new job and I'm looking for a friendly, sociable flat/house share to call home. I'm after a double room, ideally in a place with a shared living room where everyone is happy to chat, hang out now and then, or even have the occasional meal or drink together, while still respecting each other's space. I'd prefer bills to be included in the rent if possible, and an all female house or flat would be ideal. As I'll be new to London, I'm also hoping to make some genuine friends with my housemates, so I'd love to live somewhere with a welcoming, social atmosphere. I'm tidy, easy-going, and considerate, and I'm looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
