23y French Designer | Calm and friendly home

Hi!

I’m 23 years old and I’m actual living in temporally place in Finsbury Park to take time to find a long term flat.

I’d describe myself as calm, creative, curious and sporty. I’m looking for a peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space, but I’m also happy to chat, share a meal or a drink from time to time.

I work in the office most of the week and from home one day a week (9:30 am–6:30 pm). I’m not a great cook yet, so you won’t have to worry about me taking over the kitchen!

I’ve already lived in a shared house for two years, so I’m used to respecting shared spaces, keeping things tidy and being considerate of others. I don’t smoke, I love animals and I’m looking for a friendly, relaxed home rather than a party house.

I’m hoping to move in around 1 November and my budget is up to £1,300 per month. I’m employed full-time, have a stable income and can provide references if needed.
