Brunel student seeking room near campus

Hi, I’m Kennedy, a 23-year-old Computer Science student starting at Brunel University in September 2026.

I’m looking for a furnished room within roughly a 10–15 minute walk of Brunel campus and the Sports Centre, ideally moving in between 21 and 27 September. My maximum budget is £800 per month including bills, although I would prefer something below this where possible.

My main practical requirements are:

* A washing machine and easy access to a dryer or washer-dryer
* A dishwasher, or permission to use a small countertop dishwasher
* Reliable broadband
* Enough bedroom space for a proper desk and computer setup
* A reasonably clean and calm shared home
* Bills included or clearly explained in advance

I am open to either an individual room agreement or joining a suitable group through Buddy Ups. I would prefer to live with friendly, considerate students who communicate clearly about cleaning, bills and shared spaces. I am quiet at home, respectful of other people’s space, and will mainly be studying, going to the gym and working on creative projects.
