Looking for a shared home

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old professional looking for a spacious double room, ideally available from 24 July 2026, with a budget of up to £1,000 per month, bills inclusive preferred.

I’m happy to share with male or female housemates of any age, though my preference is for a smaller household with no more than two other people. I have lived in flat shades for 3 years so I am used to having people in the same house.

I work in London and work from home around three days a week. My job keeps me fairly busy, so when I’m at home I’m usually relaxing, watching movies, or keeping to myself. I do enjoy the occasional chat with housemates and a night out now and then, but I’m generally quiet, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Most of the time, you probably wouldn’t even know I’m home!

I’m looking for a clean, friendly, and considerate home where everyone respects each other’s space while still being welcoming.
