Blind climber and Leader Dog Courage

Looking for a place either in Portobello near the Climbing Hanger or New Haven near Alien Rock gym. I am a blind paraclimber, and have a wonderful yellow lab leader dog named Courage. It would be ideal to have a small patio or garden where we can sit outside, and the immediate area should be walk-able and not too far from a bus station.
