Hi, I’m Anirudh, 26, and I work full-time as a Business Analyst. I’m looking for either a good room in a clean, modern flatshare or another professional to buddy up with and rent a two-bedroom apartment together.

I’m tidy, respectful and pretty easy-going. I like keeping shared spaces clean and organised, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home rather than just a place to sleep. I’m social and always happy to chat or watch something together, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness and motorsports. If we end up buddying up, I’ll be bringing a few things that make a place feel well set up, including

As you probably guessed with the number of vacuums and the cleaning robot, the house will be kept neat and tidy at all times.
When it comes to the rest of the stuff: I’m more than happy for these to be shared when I’m not using them. I also have a car, so if we ever need to do a supermarket run or pick up furniture, that’s easy enough.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s clean, considerate, financially responsible and looking for a longer-term home. It’d be great to live with someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere where we can occasionally hang out, while still respecting each other’s routines and privacy.
