I’m Sammy, a 29-year-old male currently living in Basingstoke and looking to move within the next 2–3 weeks.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable ensuite room in a friendly and respectful household. Ideally, I’d like somewhere quiet, well-maintained, and with housemates who value cleanliness, personal space, and a relaxed home environment.

A little about me — I’m a Computer Science graduate with professional experience in a corporate environment. I recently took some time away from work to spend time with family abroad and am currently looking for my next opportunity. I have savings available, access to a UK guarantor, and can provide proof of funds if required.

I’m a clean, tidy and respectful person who enjoys a calm home environment. I’m vegetarian, enjoy cooking, technology, keeping active, and generally living a healthy lifestyle. I’m a non-smoker and always make an effort to be considerate of others I live with.

I’m ideally looking for:
• Ensuite room preferred
• Furnished accommodation
• Bills included preferred
• Areas with good transport links but would also be ideal if off-road parking is available as I drive and have a car.
• Smaller households preferred (ideally no more than 3–4 other flatmates), as I enjoy a quieter environment and prefer shared spaces such as the kitchen to remain comfortable and manageable
